The Annual General Meeting was held at 8pm on December 17th in the Ralli Room at Ashtead Peace Memorial Hall.
The agenda included the usual report from Chairman Scott McPherson, Treasurer’s Report and Accounts, and two special items as set out in the paper attached. Both proposals were supported in principle by Members so will be progressed in 2026.
The Committee were re-elected. Alec and Carmen Robinson did not stand for re-election and Scott McPherson thanked them for their service to the committee. We are keen to attract some new volunteers to join the committee or take on specific tasks outside of Committee meetings. Drop us a line at chair@ashteadhorticulturalsociety.uk to discuss or get involved!
After the formal AGM, there was a short quiz together with wine & mince pies.
